I help you heal your relationship with food and body, without the shame, rules, or diet culture BS

I'm Megan, mental health & eating disorder dietitian

I'm Megan, mental health
& eating disorder dietitian

I help you heal your relationship with food and body, without the shame, rules, or diet culture BS.

I'm a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and Accredited Practising Dietitian who believes that how and why you eat is just as important as what you eat.

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll find me catching up for brunch with friends (yes, I practice what I preach about enjoying food socially!), exploring Queensland's natural beauty, or experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen.

I'm also neurodivergent myself, which gives me deep insight into how traditional nutrition advice often misses the mark for brains like ours. I understand the executive function challenges, sensory issues, and unique needs that come with neurodivergent nutrition.

I'm a firm believer that life (and food) is meant to be enjoyed. That's why I'm here to help you find your own version of food freedom, whatever that looks like for you.

Based in Brisbane but serving clients across Australia and worldwide through secure telehealth consultations. I've supported clients from Melbourne to Perth, and internationally including the UK and Canada, helping people find food freedom regardless of location.

Credentials

During my nutrition and dietetics degree, I became deeply frustrated with the amount of misinformation dominating the health space, and how traditional approaches were leaving so many people behind.

I saw friends struggling with food guilt, family members caught in diet cycles, and fellow students developing disordered relationships with food in the name of 'health.' That's when I knew the nutrition field needed passionate clinicians who could offer something different.

I wanted to create a space where people could heal their relationship with food without shame, rules, or pressure to change their bodies, especially for those whose brains and bodies don't fit the narrow wellness stereotype dominating social media.

It all started when I saw how diet culture was failing the people I cared about.

WHY I BECAME AN EATING DISORDER DIETITIAN

WHY I BECAME AN EATING DISORDER DIETITIAN

It all started when I saw how diet culture was failing the people I cared about.

You are allowed to exist peacefully in your body without constantly trying to change it.

Healing isn't linear, and neither is your journey with food - and that's completely okay.

I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment about where you think you 'should' be.

HERE'S WHAT I BELIEVE IN:

MY practice VALUES

I've supported hundreds of clients through eating disorder recovery and neurodivergent nutrition challenges across private practice, mental health hospitals and eating disorder programs.

My approach is weight-neutral, trauma-informed, anti-diet, and designed specifically for people who've been failed by traditional wellness advice. I honour your unique brain, respect your mental health journey, and recognise that food is meant to nourish, not punish.

True health is about your whole wellbeing, not just what's on your plate.

if healing is possible for my clients, it's possible for you too...
