The frequency is flexible based on your needs and budget. In the beginning, most clients will attend weekly or fortnightly appointments.

Two Ways to Access Support
  1. Standalone Support Sessions - Educational 45-minute sessions for support people only ($150, telehealth/online)
  2. Joint Sessions - Support people can attend individual consultations with client's permission (standard consultation rates apply)

Note: All family/carer sessions focus on nutrition education. Content shared is determined by the client to ensure their privacy and autonomy are respected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Working Together?

Yes! I accept Medicare Eating Disorder Care Plans and Chronic Disease Management Plans. For NDIS participants, I invoice under Capacity Building and Assessment Recommendation Therapy supports, working with both plan-managed and self-managed clients. I can provide progress reports and liaise with your care team as needed. Please confirm your NDIS plan covers dietitian services before booking to ensure smooth billing. Some private health funds also provide rebates. Limited concession spots are available - enquire during your discovery call.

No referral needed! However, if you have a Medicare Care Plan from your GP, this provides rebates and coordinates your care. Important: rebates only apply from the referral completion date, so arrange your Medicare plan before your initial appointment if you'd like rebates from the first session onwards. You can book a discovery call anytime, and organise the referral before your initial consultation.

I serve clients across Australia via secure telehealth, with international clients also welcome (unfortunately, US clients aren't eligible due to professional insurance requirements). For Brisbane clients, face-to-face appointments are available Thursdays at my Paddington clinic. International clients should ensure correct timezone selection and advise of any location changes.

Many of my interstate clients visit Brisbane periodically and book face-to-face sessions when they're in town. This hybrid approach works beautifully for those who travel or want the occasional in-person connection.

I take a weight-neutral, neurodivergent-affirming approach focusing on your overall wellbeing rather than weight loss. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand how traditional nutrition advice often misses the mark. I help you develop flexible eating patterns rather than rigid meal plans, complete with recipes and convenient options tailored to your lifestyle.

Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a 50% fee, and no-shows incur a 100% fee. Pre-paid package sessions are forfeited if missed. Same-day rescheduling has no fee. Flexibility available for emergencies at my discretion.

How often will we meet?

Typically weekly to fortnightly initially, then spacing out as you progress. Session frequency is flexible based on your needs, goals, and budget. Some clients prefer regular ongoing support, others check in monthly or seasonally.

Yes! Family members can attend individual sessions with your permission, or book separate family support sessions ($120, 45 minutes). I can also liaise with your broader care team including support workers, carers, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

For urgent support, contact your doctor or mental health professional. In emergencies, call 000. Crisis resources: Lifeline 13 11 14, Beyond Blue 1300 224 636, Suicide Call Back Service 1300 659 467. I may provide referrals to other team members when multidisciplinary support would be beneficial.

Monday 10am-4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-6pm. Face-to-face appointments available Thursdays in Paddington. If my schedule is full, you'll be added to a waitlist for your preferred day and time.
