Information for Healthcare Professionals

As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) and Accredited Practising Dietitian, I provide evidence-based nutrition support for eating disorders, neurodivergent nutrition challenges, and complex mental health presentations.

I welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals across Australia and internationally. While based in Brisbane, I provide specialised nutrition care to clients nationwide through secure telehealth platforms.

  • Eating disorder nutrition rehabilitation and recovery support
  • Neurodivergent-affirming nutrition approaches (ADHD, autism, sensory feeding issues)
  • Mental health nutrition support (depression, anxiety, trauma-informed care)
  • Family and carer education sessions
  • NDIS nutrition support

Medicare, NDIS & Private Health Insurance Funding

Medicare Plans Accepted
  • Eating Disorder Management Plans (EDMP) - up to 20 dietetic sessions per year
  • Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) - for eligible conditions

NDIS Funding
  • Capacity Building and Assessment Recommendation Therapy supports
  • Plan-managed and self-managed participants welcome
  • Detailed progress reports available

Private Health Insurance
  • Many funds provide rebates for dietitian consultations - patients should check with their provider.

Session Fees
  • Initial consultation: 60 minutes ($225)
  • Review sessions: 50 minutes ($165)
  • NDIS pricing: $189.99/hour (2025-2026 NDIS Price Guide)
  • Medicare rebates: $60.80 per eligible session
  • Limited concession spots available for financial hardship
  • Please note that Peaceful Plate does not offer bulk billing.

  • Patient's full name, date of birth, and contact details
  • Current diagnosis and relevant medical history
  • Current medications (especially those affecting appetite/weight)
  • Previous eating disorder treatment history (if applicable)
  • Specific nutrition concerns or goals
  • Any safety considerations or risk factors
